I'd go with a European spec replacement. Try contacting Daniel Stern Lighting for info. (do a simple google, don't have the website here at work)

Somebody also was working on a bezel to install in the TA headlights and mount lights in it. I can't remember if they were Hella 90mm units though. The headlights would then only pop up a small amount, just enought to let the lights shine through the opening. I'll try to find the thread and post a link.

Also, somebody that emailed me for help with the Hella 90mm units mounted the lights in the round openings where the fog lights usually are, but that's a pretty low place to put them...

Now any better tips on aiming them? They seem to be aimed WAY too high. I try screwing the screws and the screws seem to pop out.
One more pic, this is what we had to do to get to the lites.

Cant wait to take the bumper off again to do the highs.
Links aren't working

The hella light bulbs are nice, but personally I'd recommend going with simple Slyvania SilverStars in the stock housing. I bought two SilverStar low beams (C'mon now, who REALLY needs to make their high beams any brighter..?) and one stock housing. The extra stock housing I twisted the old bulb out of, siliconed the opening, and stuck the SilverStar into the hole. Taped it up and let it sit 24 hours so it can fully cure (hence why I bought the extra, didn't want to be driving around with one headlight for 24 hours), put the bulb in and repeated the process. If you buy an extra stock housing, it should cost you no more than $75. If you DON'T buy the stock housing, all it costs is $40. None the less, to replace TWO low beams it's cheaper to buy high quality SilverStars that's backed by a company that's been around forever. Two stock housings at AutoZone here in MI would cost $50, compared to two brighter SilverStars for $40.

Here's the final result of the two SilverStar bulbs, they light the road up dramatically better than the stock bulbs.

here's the passenger side light with stock housing in it. Note the yellow hue, and how brought the rest of the garage is...

here's the driver side (the one I did first) with the SilverStars. Note the entirely white light coming out of the bulb, as well as the fact that the camera had so much light given off from the bulb that the rest of the garage looks pitch black.

Well, we have to put everything in perspective: compared to the stock lighting they're pretty good

I had that for a while on my car, because I wasn't sure how they were gonna fit. When I found out I could make it work, I ordered the high beams. It looks kinda weird with the stock high beams still in there...

Any ideas on what fog setup would go well with the Hella 90mm's? (already installed)
Currently I have the stock fog lenses with 9006 style 80 watt bulbs 'custom' installed. Not too happy with the scatter.
I was wondering if FF75 or FF50 would be a better match.
Any install writeups on those FF's for fog use?
TIA

I just got an email a few days ago from Z28Nut (I think he had some messages in this thread, you could email him or PM him). He mounted FF50's I believe. The picture he sent me looks pretty good. I haven't upgraded the fogs yet, but I am not in a hurry either. I have not used the fogs ever since I installed the Hella's. Actually, I can't tell if they are on or not when the Hella's are on. Don't really need them. Now with the stock lighting I had them on ALL the TIME of course....

Apologize if someone already has, just noticed them.
