Hella FF75's

I already have a headlight that needs replaced so I figure why not just upgrade.

But first a few questions.

Do the FF75's put out alot more light than the stockers?

Would I be better off changing to a different bulb than what comes with the kit? If so which one?

If I do a bulb change how much more wattage can the stock wiring handle?

If you go with Hella FF75's DEFINATELY UPGRADE THE BULBS. The bulbs that come with the kit are NOT sufficient.

You will need 80w or 100w H7 bulbs, preferrably with a heavy duty headlight harness. The main reason to get the aftermarket headlight harness is that it will give the bulbs a constant/steady 14v-16v instead of a ~12v.

I am currently running 100w Ichibahns on the low beams and 130w Ichibahns on the high beams. This works fine even without the HD headlight harness.

Plenty of pics in sig.

Thanks for the info.

But the lights do put out more light than the stock ones.

How high can I go with the bulbs with the stock wiring. Or would I just have to use a relay?

Yes definately better than stock lighting.

You can go 100w with the stock wiring. Again, for best results you will NEED the heavy duty wiring harness.

I use the FF75 driving lights in place of my stock fogs.

They light up the road better than my stock low beams do, and almost as good as low+high beams together.

I use 100W Luks white halogen bulbs.

No, they can hook up plug-n-play unless you want the benefits of the heavy duty wiring harness. The heavy duty wiring harness will include the relays.

Thanks guys.

Which bulbs would you recommend, brand, how much are they, and where can I buy them at.
