highbeams on at same time as lows
I want to do the headlight mod so I can have the highbeams on at the same time as the lows.
I know this info has been posted before, but I couldn't find it doing a search.
Is there a lighting or tech FAQ that might cover this?

Go to my site in sig...
One of the pages there has my write-up on the mod I did.
All it requires is one of those inline flat fuse housings with the short wire coming out of each end... You can get them at Wal-Mart or just about any parts house. You could use a 2" piece of wire to do it, but I felt warm and fuzzy inside knowing I had a fuse in there.
Good luck
Dave

I have the mod to run the foglights with highs on my site too.

I just tried it and sure enough, they both turned on.
However, it couldn't turn off the highbeams!
On your Camaro ratio411, can you turn off the highbeams after dong the mod?
EDIT: I re-read your instructions and took another look and for some reason, even though I knew I was to connect the tan and yellow wire, I connected the green one instead.
I connected the right wires and it works good now!
