How to remove a seat cover of a Trans Am seat

Got some new seats for my car. I need to remove the leather seat cover of one of the seat to add more padding. How do i go about taking it of? Anyone have done it?

not sure about the leather seats, i know half the job on my cloth seats. the backrest part at the bottom you reach your hand in that crack between the top and bottom portion of the seat, and there is this sort of clip thing thats the width of the seat. then there is velcro inside the backrest part. thats as far as i got one day i was trying to take mine off but couldnt figure out how to remove the headrest to pull the cover up all the way i didnt want to rip it since i didnt know what i was doing. the leather is probably totally different though.

actually i have no clue how to remove the headerst as well!!! WTF!
