LT1 Intake Manifold

I am cleaning it up with a wire wheel on my hand drill. It has a rough looking but high luster look to it, and it looks sweet. What can I use to seal it up? Like Clear Coat? Thanks guys

A high temp clear powdercoat would be the best way to go. There's also a product out there called Zoop or something like that. It supposedly seals the aluminum and keeps it from oxidizing but the stuff aint cheap. I'd just go with a clear powdercoat, that's what I've done over the past few years and the stuff I've had coated is still looking great.

Yes, any place that does powdercoating is going to have the stuff to do this. There's is quite a bit of engine block powdercoating going on these days so it's nothing out of the norm as far as the temps go.
You're probably looking at $30-50 for an intake.... at least those are the prices I'm seeing around my area.

someone on ebay is porting and polishing with any colored coat for 80 plus shipping to and from. not bad, around this area, it'd be a hundred bucks just to port. he ports to 58mm and cleans up the inside a bit.
