well i had a yellow camaro that i loved, so should i paint my new trans am yellow like the camaro or leave it white. it will only cost a few hundred dollars but will be a huge amount of work for me and my dad. let me know what you think.

what do you guys think. is it worth all the effort for a more unique car?

ive always like that yellow/black paint scheme (has to have black wheels too!) on a ta! if you keep it white though, i would paint the hood white. looks good either way

I say white or yellow, but dont paint the wing and top and hood black.

Whoa dude did you steal my car? Lol, mine looks exactly like that. It is white with a blakc ram-air hood. I bought the hood for the car and don't want to paint just the hood, so i am saving for a whole re-paint, prob gonna go dark blue. The yellow looks good. Go for it.

As long as you went with a bright yellow, say Ford Chrome Yellow, it would look pretty good.

it will be the same exact yellow that was on my camaro. im not even sure what it is. i bought both cars from the same guy actually.lol. he was never really sure what color it was cause he could never get in contact with the paintshop where he had it done.

BigggD222: the other guy put the hood on the car, cause he bought it with a big block type hood that blocked all the ram air, so he got this one that is factory style from jegs or summit. its the harwood ram air one for firebirds, i think its about 550 or so.

i was gonna just paint the hood white before spring time but now me and my dad are really considering this yellow/black scheme. thanks for everyones thoughts,

i like the white it stands out but can seem docile,now yellow is a racey flashy color so attention will be focused on you,77 vette yellow is my fav.or canary yellow,there is only one whit that really appeals to me and that is gm arctic white it is very bold either way i hope you enjoy it!(eye candy)

If I were to spend the money to convert the color I'd do something like Electron Blue (Corvette Blue) or Medium Blue Metallic or if you like Yellow like a darker orangish yellow like Daytona Yellow.

the yellow that was on my camaro was very close to my dads car which is Daytona Yellow, but you could see i guess you can say a little more "green" in my paint. his is more pale. i cant make up my mind. i love yellow, but the white looks great too, and everyone has mixed suggestions. i know in the end i would like the yellow but im trying to figure out if its worht the work for me and my dad to do it. it will only cost around 400-500 bucks but the work is whats gonna be insane. keep in mind, door jams, trunk drip area, engine compartment would all need sanded and painted, then most of interior, underneath the car would prolly just spray some black undercoating to hide the stock white. so much work, idk if its worth it. but i LOVE yellow!
