People with lowered cars

I was wanting to know what you used to lower your car. Has anyone used coil over kits and where did you get them from. Im about to lower my car and i want to know which is the best coilover kits or just springs. pics if so please

I have had both the Eibach Sportlines (on my old camaro) and currently have Ground-Control Coilovers. The only reason I would recommend coilovers, is if you NEED ADJUSTABILITY (If you want to really slam the car for shows/road racing... etc..)

In my opinion, SHOCKS are MUCH more important handling-wise, so don't get cheap crappy shocks/struts. Also, unless your car is only 1 or 2 years old, I recommend upgrading your shocks at the SAME time as replacing springs.
