yeah it is. I had a guy paint it for me for pretty cheap and he didn't block sand it for crap so it's pretty wavy. You get what you pay for I guess.....

It looks very nice!! I love the rear flares. Did you get it custom made for the car?? I also notice the body work to fill in the body moulding for the fenders and doors. I like that as well. Are those aftermarket side skirts as well?
