so i tried to....

I tried to use a paint pen from walmart for the "camaro" letters on the grille. I used silver and the paint ran and smeared on my grille. anyone know what takes this out?

On that black plastic grille or did you take that off and use the one under the black plastic one?

Just get decals

and thinner should work fine to take of the paint just pour some on a rag and rub away

That is why nothing from wal-mart (except oil) will ever go in or even come near my car. Sounds like you learned a valuable lesson though. Hope you get that crap off.

Once you get the paint off, I can make the insert for you for $7 and it would most likely look better than the paint

If you are interested, the details are here...

Good luck!

I used acetone from ace hardware and it didnt work. Im gonna try the nail polish remover next and it is on the front plastic grille i already got some chrome fill ins for the back but i saw that this guy on here colored in his "camaro" on the front grille with a paint pen from walmart, so i tried but it didnt turn out well b/c the paint leaked and smeared on the grille. also if i do end up getting this off then I will be very interested in getting silver fill ins for the front from you brent.
