Are SS 10 spokes powdercoated or painted?

Are SS 10 spokes powdercoated or painted?
i need to know because i am powdercoating them. from all the stripping i have done, it seems as if they are powdercoated. They cover the rough interoir of the spokes way too well to be painted it seems (much too thick). also the luster of the metallic seems almost exactly like metallic silver powder samples i have done, and its takes a crap load of sand to blast it off/crapl oad of stripper to get it removed. anyone know the answer?

They are painted with clear on top.

GM has never powdercoated wheels to my knowledge
I dont think anyone does ,maybe european cars do

These are SS rims so they are from SLP correct?

I really don't know if the ten-spokes are from slp or not
