Re: sylvania silverstars fit 4th gens??
I just checked out Sylvania's site and they don't list the H4351 ( low beam ) or H4352 ( highbeam ) under Silverstars. If you want to see some other ideas, check out Sam95zNoTop's thread here:

I think there were some posts and or links about modifying the stock sealed beams with better bulbs.

Here is Sylvania's Silver Star product line-up:

I don't see H4351 or H4352 listed. They don't make Silver Star replacement headlights for 93-97 Camaros.
If you want better lighting, you will have to remove the factory sealed beam system and custom mount modern technology high-performance lights. Hella FF75s are an excellent fit and look very close to stock (but better -- they have a clear lens and it looks much better than stock). Hella 90mm projectors (only the lowbeams are true projectors, the highbeams are free-form reflectors) are harder to fit but are DOT legal. Piaas are another excellent choice and of high quality, though more expensive than the Hellas. These are all modern technology free-form reflector or projector lights, not antiquated sealed beams.
There just aren't very many options to plug and play with our style of headlights.

DiabloGT -- The FF75s take a h7 halogen bulb and are available from 55w to 100+w. The FF75 is a driving or fog light that completely replaces the factory sealed beam assembly (I suggest driving beam pattern for either high or low beams). It is not a direct replacement for the sealed beam but needs all the stock mounting stuff to be removed and custom brackets made -- they are easy to make.
