Appearance Hoods, spoilers, custom mods, accessories, etc.

thinking of doing this...what do u all think?

I think it will look really good if you do it how your plans are. Plus there will probably be better performance products out by the time you finish the appearance mods.

thanx everybody....this is definitely the look im going for.....thinking about the silver rear panel just because ive never seen it....

Sounds good but I would go with black stripes instesad of silver. Just looks sleaker i think.

i say you go flat black zo6 wheels if you go with the flat black stripes. That would look mean as hell at night in my opinion

WOOT to the flat black!!

I'm never easy when talking about "flat black" ideas, but I've seen things (roof pannels, stripes, other trims, normally highlighted areas, etc) done superbly!!

Nice idea indeed!!

Also, what about classic paint schemes like "primer and bondo"?? Or "army camo"???

Flat paints are the $h!t when done right...my 69 mustang is currently getting sprayed a semi dark flat silver with a high gloss set of flames draping over the flat paint...its getting very popular again from what ive seen. I saw like 10 cars painted this way in vegas last week at the sema show.

I think with the exception of the cowl hood, that sounds sweet. I say absolutely on the silver stripes and chrome wheels.
Flat black or silver wheels I dont get it, looks like a cheap paint job and cheap wheels to me.
