Crap, McMaster Carr linky no worky. Goto machine screw page, they have countersunk flat head machine screws in #6-32 that have o-rings in a groove to seal the screwhead to surface. I know we don't need watertight seal but thought it might stop screws from coming loose.

Re: those headlights covers

The mounting brackets that come with the Wade covers are really cheesy. Basically they are flat acrylic bent into an L shape and cut on a saw. The cuts are not square to the material and the widths are inconsistent and the edges are rough. The velcro appears to have been applied by a drunk blind chimp. I'm hoping to be able to come up with a better mounting arrangement, maybe fabbed up from delrin. But I won't put too much effort into that project until I get the lights installed.

Re: those headlights covers

Hmm, the GTS are black metal angle brackets that don't look too bad. They even already have holes in them for screws though they're provided with sticky tape. Try the local hardware store for some small angle brackets with the single hole on each side of the angle. Will have to adjust the angle for proper fit but paint them black and they'll look pretty good, especially if you round off the corners first.
