yep, seen it. from an engineering standpoint, its an achievement, but it still makes me sad.

I agree, complete waste of a perfectly good f-body imo. Furthermore, this was in FLA, so why would you even need a 4x4 anyway?

Eh, I suppose. That's what Blazers, S10s, and Silverados etc. are for though lol It is def an interesting idea for a build, something I would def never do though.

I think its cool! Not like that camaro was worth a lot of money. I seen a Father and Son with a blue 4X4 Camaro and that things hallzzzzzz assssssssss in the Mud!!! Will I do that to my Camaro NO but its cool to be different and not like everyone else that has a Z28 with the common SS hood and SS Spoiler Oh and SLP SS grill LOL

I bet if you got a ride in that 4X4 camaro in the mud or rocky hills I know you would think its cool.

I hear ya, Zee. I can appreciate it for what it is, a lot of time, effort and money had to have gone into that build. Its def something I would never do, but it's neat and different. I wouldn't mind riding in it just for the experience but if I were to have a bogger, it'd be an old Bronco, K5, CJ, or and old-school chevy pickup.

Im moving from California to Northern Idaho in 3 weeks. Since I wont be able to drive my Z28 during the winter I have been searching for a suitable 4 wheel drive. I think I found it! Ive been joking about this with my Fiance for the last couple months and was amazed to see it as a reality. Not bad for a home brewed bogger but Im sure it wont be doing alot of bogging without a front driveshaft....

My aunt lived in Juneau, she drove her '89 Z/28 up there. Def wasn't ideal but she did it.

just my .02 cents... that body looked perfect. good paint i didnt see any dents... to put this on a 4x4 frame is truely sad. now if the body was beat to **** to where if u saw it on the road u would think it was a joke to all camaro owners... then it belongs on a 4x4 frame and swamping through the mud. kinda says " im down but im not out!"

One mans junk is another mans treasure! Sure I love my car the way it is, but this guy wins points for creativity! All of us try and find new and creative ways to make our F-body's look a little different than the next. He just chose a different route. Gotta respect that.
