When did they stop w/windshield wiper aero pieces

I like the plastic part on there, makes it flow with the car, and when they are on I dont notice them at all.

Yesterday, I went to the GM dealer to get a set for my '02. He printed out a wiper diagram and he indicated the aero part wasn't listed or indicated as a separate part. Sure enough, it wasn't there as a separate part, but only there as part of the wiper arm. He said the diagram was for '93-'02. There didn't seem an option to get the plastic snap on pieces by themselves.
