Where is the best place to get 69 Z28 fender emblems?

I want to get the 69 emblems for my black Z. Does anyone know where I can get original GM emblems for a good price? Thanks for the help. Steve

I would try yearone.com They sell their emblems for pretty cheap. I think they are like $38 a piece. I love the way they look on black Z's. It is a great mod IMO. Good luck

You may also want to try looking on eBay. I paid $40.00w/shipping for a set of '69 Camaro 350 badges

You probably have already chosen the 67-69s over the 70-74s already... but incase you didn't know about the 70-74s I thought I would let you know you have choice of nice early model emblems.
The best place to get them is from a source that specializes in early Camaro restoration. They have original GM parts and reproductions, the originals are more expensive. It seems like the LS1 specialty companies that carry these charge quite a bit more, I suppose they source theirs from the same 1st gen parts houses and then mark them up.f
Back to the 70-74 emblems, IMO they are cleaner looking without the big slash between the digits. If you haven't seen this style yet, you might check them out incase you like them better.
I have some pics of them on my Z on my site, in sig.
If you are familiar with the emblems, disregard.
Either style is 1000% better than stock 4th gen emblems.
Good luck
Dave

Btw: Some folks cut the studs off and 'glue' them to the car with emblem tape... I drilled holes for the 2 little studs so they wouldn't be going anywhere, even if someone tried to 'borrow' them. That would be an expensive loss. If you ever wanted to go back to the stock emblems, for some crazy reason, the stock emblems would cover the holes you drilled.

To put my 69 350 badges on, I cut the posts off the back with a dremel, sanded them down, filled in the back with JB Weld, and then used SUPER strong 2 sided tape to attach them to my fender. Those things are not coming off easily. As far as placement, I put my 350 badges above the stock Z/28 emblems. If you are putting 69 Z/28 badges on a 4th Gen, you might as well put them over the stock ones, because 1st Gen Z/28's had them where they are now...the engine displacement badge was up front near the headlights.

One guy I knew had a clean white LS1 Z28, dropped on Fikse FM5s, he took off the stock Z28 logos, except for the one in the back. It would look pimp, if say you take the one off in the back and replace it with the old school logo, But I dont know if you would have the room for it.

There is room on the back for the original Z/28 badge...I remember one of the guys on this board did it and had pics. You just have to trim a little off of the slash
