Who would be interested in a different headlight assembly for 93-97 Camaro's?

Yes you will and at this time we are not sharing pre-production design ideas. But, don't fear, there will be a point where we will want your feedback.

Update-

We are dropping off the Camaro today for measurements and design of the headlamp housings....the next step is the tooling estimate...I would estimate that to be delivered to us in roughly 30 days.

6 months ago? Really, probably by fall. The amount of time it takes to design something from scratch, model it, build it, fit it, then go through the readjustment process is time consuming. I don't want to breeze through this part of it as it will make the overall finished product a much better fit and overall cleaner product. If we can speed it up we will but we won't cut corners to get the product out quicker.

I think we can all agree with your thoughts on spending time on this product to make it a high quality one. At the same time, I think I can also say we are all anxious to have a set for our cars as soon as they are completed.

Guys,

I may need some help on one part of our project. I hope to find ( I don't think it's available) someone or a company that has made tinted (or clear) lens covers for this body style. I hope somewhere someone has made a lens that fits the headlamp cavity area in the front fascia of the car, and fits pretty well....please let me know if you have seen anything of the sort. This could very possibly speed things up and reduce the design costs.

Yeah, they made them...and I think they still do. I had a set on my 1996 for a little while.

There are bunches of pics of them here:
