Who would be interested in a different headlight assembly for 93-97 Camaro's?

Are you sure they make them for a 93-97 Camaro? I just looked on Jegs's website and didn't see them. I could be wrong as it was a long list. What's the part #?

Yeah, I don't see them there now either. Wade p/n is (was?) 31255.

Have you swapped the driving lights out for FF75s? They help a lot.

I had considered many options as to how to change up the light quality, and appearance of my current headlights, with silver stars, or the Hella 90mm conversion or the FF75's, but other than the Hella 90mm's nothing else would yeild the light quality I wanted. The problem with doing the Hella 90mm conversion, is that I really disliked how they make the car look.

FocuzTech's headlamps should take care of both issues of the appearance of the lights, and the quality. My problem is also what sparked me into starting this thread.

I've come to like the Hella 90 mm look better but I guess I never thought the stock lights looked all that great. My wife says my car has mean eyes now.
But the improvement in lighting is so great it would be worth it for me regardless.

I've made plastic pieces that surround the lamps to cover the brackets since this picture was taken so now it looks pretty clean.

I know some guys like the way they look, I just don't. It's too plain with just the lights there. Now, if FocuzTech's has those lights in a design that blends everything together like this, then I will LOVE the design.

That's my white camaro. I actually like the look of the round lights, and the 90mm are so good that I never changed the PIAA high beams. I think it still looks good tho...it makes the car look mean. I know not all of you will agree..but whatever, it's my ride.

I'm still looking foward to these new headlights tho. Anything for a more finished look.

Someone should measure to see how close the headlight assembly on the C6 comes to fitting in there. I think that would be a great look.

Since this thread is 29 pages long so far, I wasn't able to verify, but I'm hoping these will be offered in an HID/Xenon light setup. It would be a shame to go through all this just to throw some halogens back in.

If they are a nice and improvemont on the lighting performance, I will get a set undoubtedly.

Read the thread for the details, but "yes" they will be a much higher quality light than the stock halogens.

Folks-

I am sorry we have been so quiet...not an indication of how busy we are.

I just picked up our Camaro from our plastics manufacturer after doing quite a bit of measuring and design work. The benchmark for "appearances" sake is the picture above. We are designing the bezel and housing to look very similar to whats pictured above. There are numerous challenges with this as the height of the headlamp opening on the Camaro is much smaller...shorter. In addition the headlight mounting bracket that is part of the front fascia does not afford alot of mounting options. Also the trailing edge of the hood, at the headlamp opening, is cut back which makes setting the modules fore and aft abit of a challenge...again the goal is not cutting and drilling.

At any rate, we have arrived on a preliminary design (pending actual adjustments during test fit) and expect to have a final figure for tooling, engineering and molding very soon.

Sounds cool. As long as people don't have to cut or drill, I'm sure it'll be a big success.

Thanks for the update FocuzTech I really think they will turn out awesome, and thanks for keeping the product a true plug and play for us (no drilling or complex installation on our part).
