Who would be interested in a different headlight assembly for 93-97 Camaro's?

Hi! I'm new to this site and, after reading this thread, I like the enthusiasm that goes into making the Camaro unique to everyone's individual taste. I plan on keeping updated on the "headlight project" to possibly update the appearance of my 95 Camaro. Thanks.

I was just saying due to the fact the majority may go for the same look since so many LT1 guys aspire to have the LS1 syle front end and the halo's that go with it. I already have the Hella 90 mm and my lighting area is not "bolt-in" friendly anymore because of this. Prior to that I was one of the first with a non Rytek Piaa conversion so my headlamp area has little left for these new lights to adhere to most likely
If you modified your headlamp mounting assembly when you grafted in your custom set, you can order from us a new headlamp bracket so that our lamps will fit properly. As CALL 911 said, these will be available in a Ala Carte order fashion so for those who like this, but don't like that, we can accommadate you.

Here are some pictures of a headlight conversion i did after i had taken off the Hella ff75's. These project the light better as far as dispersment. Plus after i swapped out the h3 halogen bulbs for HID's these draw sick lines on the road and dont blind other drivers. They are hella projectors i think 1180's. Just another set up.

hey NipNaZ28, do you have better pictures of your headlights? The cut off looks sick. Also what color HIDs did you go with? My 8000K lights get absorbed by the road especially when it's raining. They are great when there is no other light source around tho...lol.
my headlight bracket area is all hacked up too.

You realize that that temp HID doesn't put out anymore light than stock and that is why you are getting the washout? You need to stay closer to 4100K to get max lumen output. The color change in OEM cars is largely due to the projector glass; this is so that usable light is still DOT legal and effective.

well here are some close ups of the brackets and such, and the housings.
The color hid i went with was 10000k, i got them just for the color. Im getting the 3000k yellows for the high beams and that should be sufficient with the low beams for any place i'll be.
Yea i really like the cut off from the projector lens. Im just glad that now people arent blinded like they were when i had the ff75's on. These definetly have more efficient dispearsment. And its fun to watch um draw lines on everything

btw, NipNaZ28, what brand and model lights are those? I might add them as fogs. They look good

I was really giving the PIAA conversion a hard look lately... glad to see something better will be coming soon.
Good work guys!

They are hella projectors i think 1180's for the clear lens, and 1182's i think for the yellow. Hope this helps

Definitely something like this. Where the light is in a glass fixture.. because those clear covers that are on the green camaro that someone posted looks like trash.
