If the numbers say it was a bad idea then it was a bad idea. York is likely very inteligent, more than enough to see if it isn't in the best intrest of GM and EVERYONE else is voting no than to vote likewise.

 

But Kerkorians people are still saying that they are disappointed in the decision (vote) and their own guy would seem to have voted against it. I'm just trying to figure out where Tracinda stands on this. If it turned out to be a bad idea, maybe Tracinda should have done more homework before they offered up this goofy idea several months ago. Perhaps that is the message that the board is sending to Kerkorian, though that doesn't make Yorks vote any less puzzling.
