Gonna happen, to be absolutely blunt, most performance cars on the road today - especially cars like the Hellcat - offer way more capability than people have ability.

Now I wonder about a few things?

a) Did the driver know the road?

b) What sort of car did they step up from?

c) Were they a red meat eating bro that turns all the driving aids off because that's what "real" drivers do!

Tough break for the Hellcat owner, glad nobody was injured.

 

Well... he can definitely say that was one hell of an hour.

 

As John Force said,what good is all that horse power if you can't put it down on the road.(I did meet him once at a drag strip here in california along with a million kids gettin autographs and pictures taken)
