96TurboWS6 - Scammer!!! Do not do business with

Well after a week now of not returning pm's or replying to posts of mine i hijacked in his threads, i decided to make a post here to warn about doing business with him, as it looks like ive been scammed as of now. He had me paypal his girlfriend too, which at the time seemed legit, but now appears to look even shadier. I paid 100 bucks for some gauges he had for sale that he said would ship same day as I paid him. Well its now been over a week since I paid and I havent heard back

If youd like a refund then I have no problem giving it to you..But I will not send anything ever again until at least 5 days have been up. Last week someone sent me 200$ for taillights...I sent them out..then 3 days later the money was out of my account....bcuz something with the buyers bank account got messed up(not on my end). When i talked to paypal they said it takes up to 5 days for certain payments to process and that they "front" the money until a payment has been cleared which is bull**** to me because they wont allow me to send money unless its in my account. They said there was nothing they could do about that. So i am now out 200$(not to mention 75$ in NSF fees) AND my taillights..not only that but the paypal account was zero so they took money out of her account to make it back up to 0 balance and it over drafted her account majorly..again paypal said it was not their responsibility and they had to cover their own asses and not pay for our losses even though we were not at fault in any way.if I was to screw someone over it would be for more than 100$. The PM threats are not needed..I will refund you on Monday happily and sell them elsewhere.

I sent money on the 30th or 31st, Which was at least 9 days ago. So I am just windering why they still havent shipped as it has been more then 5 obviously. If you wanted to wait until it cleared, all you had to do was tell me so, not ignore all of my emails and pm's. thats the only part that pissed me off. Id still like the gauges, but would appreciate a little more responsiveness. Unlike whoever you sold the taillights to, I am not trying to screw anyone over, Im just making sure that I don't get screwed over

cjmatt . . . I'm going to have to side with 96TurboWS6. I sent him $1200+ for a set of trickflow heads and everything went smoothly. If he was to screw anyone . . . that was his PRIME opportunity.
Granted he should have emailed you asap as to what happened. I hope you guys work this out.

I hate to post this, but it has gone on long enough. I paid 96TurboWS6 a total of $78 for a set of LT1 pedals, and a set of seatbelts on May 14th.

Two days later I asked him about them and he claimed it was raining and he couldn't get them out. After that no messages I sent were returned, and I did not hear back from him again until June 5th.

sorry about the wait I have to go to my friends house to use the computer..Im really sorry but im gonna have to send you a refund. I just transfered the money into my account and it should be in there no later than friday.
It is now June 14th, I have heard nothing from him, he hasn't posted on here, I have recieved no refund, no pedals, and no further contact. I have already bought another set of pedals since I cannot wait any longer for this guy.

*Edit: Opened PayPal dispute today. PayPal address he provides is listed to a "victoria thompson". No idea who she is.

First off CJ this is your tracking number and it looks like you received the items on the 14th and you still have not settled the dispute. DHL#38587803741. Aaron as soon as he unlocks my paypal I will be able to send you the refund that I promised. Again the only reason Im refunding you is because i could not get the pedals out of the car intime and I appologize for that.

I closed the dispute. Feel free to give the kid his refund, but on a side note. I think you may have been better off shipping the gauges by just sticking stamps right to them, as tossing 3 into a big box and sending it thru themail wasnt too kind to them. Only the oil temps survived...live and learn I guess

Im sorry but I think thats absolute bull****..Ive dropped autometer guages down the stairs without problem and anyone else knows how tough the guages are. The box was small enough to prevent them from getting banged around enough to even scuff let along crack...the only way that could of happen is if the box was crushed during shipping in that case the package should of been refused(the reason I put insurance on everything)

Oh one more thing..after all this happend...please explain after me "scamming you" how you would POSSIBLY accept broken gauges and not ask or fight for a refund..simply post here saying I gave you broken gauges?..doesnt make sense. sounds like BS to me and now your just trying to bad mouth me over something that didnt happen on an account of me.

because unfortuntely, I had them shipped to my parents house and my dad signed for the package without checking. I would try and fight it out with you, but unfortunately, i want my car together soon and to be honest, its not worth the hassle for trying to get refunded for 60 bucks worth of busted gauges. id rather skip a night at the bar and be done with it. and as far as how the gauges broke, it looks like the bolt-posts from the back of one gauge cracked thru the lenses of the other two
