Was sold under false pretense I believe - led to believe that it was a Pro-Built trans, sent to Dana for rebuild and was told it's nothing more than a stock trans with a shift kit.

I cant think off the top of my head but it was built and professionally built the sunshell and the 5 gear whatever i dunno i been drinking but he aint being straight up with you guys i really am as good of a guy as everyone says and refuse to have my kind nature taking advantage of

I linked a site and told him its like this one with "EXTRA's" it held up for 200-400 miles in my trans am and i was pushing 469rwhp and it was built to handle 800 as i am told by the shop the trans is in 100% perfect working order and nothing wrong with it so he has had it for over a year and a half its his done and final he just told me in april how great it has been holding up and all the abuse he put it through and it held up so i dont want to hear its a stock trans cause its not he owns it untill i get court papers or a trial date its his and i have a lawyer on retainer for family stuff it wont cost me a penny so bring it

 

First of all I'm not broke, I could have a TH400 here tomorrow paid with cash it I wanted to. The whole reason I am swapping to a TH400 is because the crap you sold me blew up behind a cam only car that was never raced, was ran on bald street tires, and only saw a few thousand miles. The car was in storage for months on end in the last year.

Second you sat there and told me how Dana @ Pro Built made it, it was rated for 1000hp, you got the extra year extended warranty for $125, gave me a link to Dana's site saying its the Pro Street model with all the extras, it cost you $2200 to build, it was built to hold a 396 with a 300 shot, etc.

I send it to Dana cause it takes a dump on me driving around town @ 25mph. Need I say again, 150 miles after a cam and bolt on car blows this 1000hp rated transmission I ship it to California and Dana takes it apart. Dana then calls me explaining how not a single part in the 4L60e is his and its not his transmission. Now I was lied to and Dana's name is used fraudulently.

I am setting up a website with all the PM's and the 'Pro Built 4L60E' for sale ads that amean94ta has deleted. Everyone will see where he uses Dana's name, links to Dana's site, claims the 1000hp, claims the $125 warranty, where to meet him, how it cost him $2200 to built it... I could go on and on.

Sean, I asked you in private to be a man and deal with your wrong doings, you now are trying to make me look like the bad guy, when I was the one who got scammed. I would have never bought a used transmission built by some local guy, I bought it because you said it was a 'Pro Street' Pro Built. Dana is backing me up and I've got all the proof, now its just a matter of your character and how far you'll run to try and get out of your obligations of being a man. The website will be up this weekend and you and everyone else can see what you said. You've got some issues scamming a local F-body guy since you needed "to pay Bret Bauer" so bad. If you come clean and pay me back I'll stop my pursuit, otherwise I'll be taking you to court.

like i said keep going put up the site call the cops get a lawyer it wont do you any good its 100% legit. also that trans is not blown up its still as good as new after you used it for OVER A YEAR AND A HALF you broke the ring gear in your rear launching it and it still held up. in april you told me how great it was and the best item you have bought for your car 14 months after i sold it to you. now 18 months later you try this stuff you need to get your stuff straight

 

You've really got your facts straight. The gears blew up with the stock transmission before the car ever saw the 'Pro Built' 4L60E from you. They snapped due to a gasket leak in the rear and there being little or no lube in the housing. I have several witness on the board who know this is exactly what happened and when. Hell a board member was the one who setup the new gears on a Saturday in Akron, OH. The transmission was only in the car for a year since it wasnt installed until months after the purchase. About a month after that I bought a truck and the car went into storage. Its been in storage more than its been driven in the last year. Please dont try to tell me fact from fiction, you already failed to do that once.
