i didnt offer 200 at first i was just gonna give it to him b/c i hate dealing with all this bull **** and its not gonna matter now if u delete the posts or not its too late so it makes no diff to me if u delete them what will that change?

Has anyone even considered the possibility that the rear was damaged during shipping???
I recently had a rear shipped from Texas to PA. It lost a few nuts and bolts on the way. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if the gear got bang loose or crooked while in transit from seller to buyer...
Yall seem way to quick to jump to conclusions without knowing the whole story...

yeah ive been trying to get tell them the story but noone on here wants to listen he may be right maybe it fell on the axle and pushed it in or something i have no idea but it sure as hell didnt whine like he says it does i know that

If it was broken during shippinf something would have shown it straight up...No fliud was leaking, all the bolts were there and everything was strapped down. I cant see how it wouild get damanged. Hell he had it on 2 pallets so there was alot of room on each side of it.
Frans Never once did I ask you for a warrenty...SO I have no idea where your getting that from

Moser rear ends whine, chances are it would have been just fine even if you didn't open it up.
Obviously you take a chance buying something used, I think Fran is being more than fair offering $200 and I think you should take it before he retracts his offer. If it was me I wouldn't offer any money back.
