Bad Seller!!!
My brothers and I have been dealing with people for the past few years on these F-body message boards, buying and selling with no problem, and now I try to buy an Exhaust, and get ripped off.
I sent BLOWNSILVERZ paypal for an SLP two on the left exhaust, and did not recieve it. The last i talked to him, he said he shipped it out and would give me a shipping/tracking number for my package when he got home from work. Well i emailed and PM'd him several times since then and he has stopped returning them. I am hoping this all gets cleared up. I was hesitant to post this, but I, just as anyone else hates getting ripped off. I am a damn poor college student and that 135$ could have got me a lot of stuff. This **** really makes me mad. Anyone have any dealings with him?

Just to clear things up I am not trying to rip anyone off here. I have had nothing but problems with UPS and shipping out this exahust. I have had it sent back to me twice because of packing problems.
Since I got it back last week I have not been able to get it packed up again and out because of work related issues. I haven't even checked my emails in a few days because I have been so busy so I apologize for the wait.
It is my Fault and I blame no one but myself for procrastinating on checking and or returning emails to you but I assure you that I am not trying to rip you off. If you would like I can send your money back because of the problems if not I am going to have Fed EX pack it for me and get it to you asap. Let me know.

If you would ship it out with fed ex and that wouldn't be a problem, then i appologize for saying you were a potential bad seller and I would really like to have the exhaust. If you can, just reply to an email, and we will get things straightenend out.

I still haven't heard from you in regards to this transaction. This is actually Justin's brother right now, and the money was sent from my Paypal account. I'm becoming a bit annoyed at this situation, and I would like to clear it up as soon as possible.

If I do not hear from you in the next two days, I'm going to have to contact paypal and do whatever I need to do in order to get my money back.
As a working individual, who's constantly busy in the office, and with life in general, I totally understand if you have been busy, but please at least do all of us a favor and make an effort to contact me, so this situation can be resolved and everyone can be happy.
We still want the exhaust, and will be very happy once it gets here. We aren't in a super hurry to have it installed, or anything like that, but we do want a heads up on the situation. I do not believe that I am asking for much here. so just do your part and contact me, and we'll straighten everything out.

I sent you an emial. Fed Ex wanted 110plus to ship it and UPS gave me nothing but problems with the packaging of the exhaust and the size of it. I will be sending your money back via paypal. Sorry for all the problems. I did not think that shipping the exhaust would be this big of an issue..

alright, this is getting ridiculous... live up to something here,.. either paypal me the money, or send the dam exhaust.
I can understand it being difficult to get the exhaust sent because of problems with fedex, but Paypal is quite easy. Just refund my money and I'll be happy, and we'll forget about it....

Are you kidding me>? write me a damn email already,.. this is ridiculous, Just paypal my money back... How hard is it...
Now I'm gonna have to go through the trouble of contacting paypal and starting an investigation, all because you can't live up to your word.
Please just send my money back, if I don't hear something by tomorrow, I'm definately calling Paypal and doing whatever I have to do.

hopefully its been less than 30 days otherwise your screwed, alot of people try to say "oh it was sent back to me" or "i accidentally sent it to the wrong person im waiting for them to send it to me" ect. iv got screwed out of 130 bucks one time on a different forum and i threatened the guy because i called his local sherrifs office and told him if i didnt start seeing money comming back i was going to use my money( even tho it would cost me more than i lost) to go to court with him. he eventually sent money back 25 here 25 there, but then it stopped comming but i dont care anymore. hopefully this doesnt happen to you. paypals policy of the 30 days is kinda rediculous it should be 45 days or 2 months but o'well they have to kinda restrict the time range for some reasons. btw if you didnt know after 30 days they wont help you, only put out a claim. or you can request money and it will automatically take money out of his account if he doesnt cancel the request. if you cant tell i deal alot with paypal. lol
