Yes thought it was weird too. He has a high post count and alot of people seem to know him. But the truth is what was said above. I am missing $125 in my paypal, and i have no item. I ask for a tracking code which comes on every UPS reciept SEVERAL times. I recieved no item, no code, nothing.

 

was this the same kid sellin a built tpi motor??? what state is he from?

 

No this wasnt the one selling the TPI. I refunded this guys money and he is still posting on me. Oh well. Hey thanks for the good word Birdman I appreciate it!

 

Ya.. right! You must have sent it to the wrong person. Are you sure you sent it to paypal: luckyou03@aol.com? Is that why you never responded to the paypal claim? or my pms? or my emails? If you refunded it to me, then why did I have to make a paypal claim? After I won the claim paypal tells me this:

"We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time."


Your so full of crap. I never wanted it to come to this, but dude it's over a month and I have no slp intake and no refund.

Sometimes things happen, maybe he decided to keep it and refund the money?

 

He told me ups returned it to him. I never got a notice on the door that anyone had been by or anything. I get UPS stuff all the time and they always leave it on the door step. They they didn't leave a card to come pick it up either. Wouldn't a tracking code tell all of us that it had been returned to him? Come on Joshp007, wheres that code at that I ask for 5 billion times? I'm still waiting on a response to the emails I sent yesterday about the refund.
