well just wanted everyone to know that this guy is a horrible person. well over a month an a half ago i purchased a set of injectors from this guy an guess what.... i still have yet to get them. i waited over a month an while in that month tried countless times to reach him by PM's on here, emails, an even phone calls with little to no replys. he never answered any emails nor any of the phone calls. he answered one time by pm 2 weeks after i paid for them saying "im so sorry i forgot to ship them ill get them out today." well a month later they are still not here.

so after about a month i filled a dispute with paypal to try an get my money back as he refuses to answer or reply to me. after waiting for him to reply to the dispute paypal finally concluded that he was a piece of trash scammer an was trying to get my money back. only one problem though... he has already taken all of his money out of his paypal account. so i guess now that im screwed out of my money i figured id post this up.

so from now on everyone beware of MATT1997TA as he is a scammer. ****ty thing is i know he has logged in on this forum several times since he sold me those injectors an i know he has seen my messages but still wont reply...

not really to sure where he lives, i do know that he logged onto here on may 2nd. i wonder if he knows about this thread yet... i really wish people like him would stay the hell of the forums. when one person like him ****s up it makes us all look bad! i remember him sayin somethin about robwhart not to long about rob bein a scammer, well iv delt with robwhart before an he was a great guy. turns out that this matt guy (his real name is MIKE) is the piece of trash.

i know its been a long time but just an update, i finally got my money back in june or july dont remember off hand after filing a claim with paypal and them being able to sieze the money back. funny thing is he took all his money out of paypal and later on forgot about this lil situation an put some back in an paypal snatched it lol.

anyways this guy is now on ls1tech trying to sell stuff, his name on there is matt97ta lol like thats not obvious. figure id give yall a heads up.

 

Ive been on tech for YEARS! Im sorry about this not being a good transaction. You got your $25 back so all is well. I invite everyone to look my name up on tech and check my trader rating. Ive sold THOUSANDS of dollars in parts with no troubles! I spoke up for a freind on this deal and he never shipped them out. I ended up eating 25 as well on the deal. If I was going to try to scam somebody I would at least do it for more then $25. Plus we used paypal which garuntees your money if the product doesnt ship. I know money is money but come on, your getting pretty petty with this over $25 that was refunded to you. Do you want intrest? I think it might be up to .25 cents. give me your paypal and ill shoot it over!

 

also paypal didnt ****** money. I refunded the money when a dispute was filed on my account. Check your records. It says "funds refunded by seller". Im almost falling out of my chair reading this stuff over $25 that was refunded. If there is any question on my charactor just look up the people on my trader rating and ask them how the transaction was.

 

For the record Ive been on here since july 2004. Ive been on tech since aug 2005. I must have known I was going to do this 4 years ago so I made a name on tech too. you have figured out my master plan!!!

Hmmmm ... you are sure quick to jump on his bandwagon, eh? $25 for a set of injectors? Something just doesn't sound right with this picture. Also, over 2 1/2 months for dude to get his money back? Even if it is only $25, doesn't matter. You make a good faith effort to sell or purchase stuff on here (or any other site for that matter) and you expect to get what you purchase. Everyone I've dealt with on these boards have been straight up. Good comms and such. No way in heck I'd put up with zero to no comms and then not get the merchandise I've paid for. C5formula is right in ******* this guy out ... and I don't care how famous he is on any other board. I'd have done the same thing.

It was $25 for stock injectors. He had a WTB thread needing them. A friend of mine seen it while looking on here and had some. I told him to go ahead and worka deal and he could use my paypal. After I paid him the cash he never shipped them. later I refunded $25 to c5formula and thats where we are. Bad judgement on my side and it was fixed. Trust me it wont happen agian. As for my charactor just check my trader rating. Im not out to screw anyone.
