Guy told me he shipped my heads on the 24th. No place I have ever heard of takes 20 days to get anywhere in the world. Stay away. Guy is full of crap over 165$. He sure seems to be buying a lot of stuff for his car. Paypal dispute has been filed. Save your money. He can't even provide tracking information. At this point he would have gone to the post office if he wanted to save face.
