This guy owns what appears to be a 1-man trucking company, USDOT registered, located at the same address you send the money to.

I am thinking that at this point, you need to go to the authorities because the person clearly has no interest in making this right.

So you are saying that he is not the person that a search - based on the name and address you gave me for him - reveals owns a 1 truck USDOT registered trucking company in Hialeah, FL. Odd... because you say he keeps telling you he is an over-the-road truck driver, and didn't reply to you because he was on the road.

To whom did you make the payment, if this guy was only storing the tires?
