oh i see what you mean. Of course i would like to get a keyed hub in exchange for the factory hub he has sent me. He already says hes lost money though and essentially there is nothing he is going to do about it. If he was willing to do either of the things you suggested, i would be more than happy. However, he wouldnt even settle with sending me the bolts that he OWES me, so i dont know about him refunding my money or sending me a keyed hub

 

Basically, what I'm doing is offering him a path out of ScammerLand. If he's not a scammer, this is pretty much his only way out. If he is, then he won't agree to either option and he'll just keep scamming people (in which case I suspect he would probably eventually get banned from the site).

 

Jammer94, you can't let other people remain unhappy buying from you and throw it in their face that other people are. You need to address the issues at hand and make things right.

This community is based on people helping each other out, not making money from them (or the site) and allowing people to feel screwed. There's already too many threads here like this and there can't be any more. Just because some people have positive feedback for you doesn't make up for those who don't. Either make them right or leave the site. That's it, there is no more to it, no gray area, and no rebuttal needed. If you have been asked to leave other sites for similar reasons, this will be understandable.

 

Hopefully Jammer will make right on this, because he is obviously in the wrong. Johnnyb posted exactly what he needed, and jammer did not fulfill that.

 

lmao... things get even better. The hub he sent me isnt even for a 95 lol... even though he assured me it was off a 95... Im guessing its for a 97? So now i have absolutely ZERO use for it

 

Could have been a mistake. All the more reason that I stand by my previous post as to what needs to happen.

 

It seems that jammer94 would rather not deal with problems that arise in this thread and the threads that are similar to it. As a result, his account was limited and certain features of his account were disabled to hopefully guide him into focusing on this issue. As a result, the administration of this site was blamed:

The ability to post was obviously not disabled and the lack of communication is not the fault of the administration here as it clearly wasn't the our fault before the account was limited.

So instead of fixing the problems, he simply created another user account and continued selling parts:

This is not fair to the people who have problems that are unresolved and isn't fair to other people who buy from him in the future who may have the same problems.

As mentioned in my post above in this thread, if the problems were not addressed he would have to leave the site and that is exactly what happened.

Anyone who has outstanding problems should contact the company that issued the payment or if that is not possible, to go here: http://www.ic3.gov. Anyone else discovers that he is selling parts again under yet another user name here please contact me directly.

What i dont understand is, if he is constanty buying, and selling parts, and cars, why cant he pay off the people he owes money too? I have been waiting since January to get my money back. All i get is excuses, or " im getting ready to send it" from him. I mean geesh. I was buying a convertor from him, and after he gets my money in hand, he all the sudden discovers that it has cracks in the welds of the mounting ring. I mean come on!!! You mean to tell me that you dont inspect everything your gonna sell before you list it? That is not the way to sell stuff, that is if your selling something at all, or are you just scamming. I am fed up with this whole deal. I have been patient with him for long enough. I gave him the benefit of a doubt, but he has rubbed my face in it. I am in the military, and a federal civil service worker with a family of 3. We are on a tight budget as it is, and i dont get much money to put into my car. THat money that he stole from me was Christmas , and Birthday gifts from my folks, who dont have much to bgin with, and other family members. So as far as im concered, he stole from them as well. I know that it is true. "What goes around ,comes around" and he better be watching out, cause when whatever happens to him happens, i have the feeling that it is going to be times the amount of heart ache, and suffering that he has cause us, and our families.. Like i said, if he can sell something and take our money, then if there is a problem with the merchandise, he shouldnt spend the money before he ships or finds the problem, but just refund it, instead of saying he will, and not do it.. I will do whatever is necessary to acquire my funds, even if it means bringing my military, JAG office into the picture, and sueing him for what he owes me, and for pain and suffering.. I am tired of this whole ordeal. I have more important things to deal with ... like my family, and upcoming military deployments.. So Jammer95, since this is your new screen name, if your watching this, i want my money......

 

Yes, he wants you to solve the problem and deliver what you agreed to. Check his original posts. You screwed him along w/ numerous other people. Why are you even here? Didn't Jason tell you to deal w/ the problems or get out? It seems to me you haven't dealt w/ them, so just leave. I'm tired of coming on this forum and finding negatives posts about you.
