I bought a rear tail panel off this guy 4 months ago...at first he said that he didnt want to ship it and he wanted local sale only...but i told him i was willing to pay for shipping. He agreed, so I sent him a MO for 55$. After he recieved the MO, i waited about 2 weeks and wrote him asking him where my part was. He ignored me for another 2 weeks. then after thread bashing him i got a response, he said that he was sorry but the shipping was going to be more than he thought and that he would send the money back asap. I gave hime the benefit of the doubt and said ok, but you should have told me and not have ignored me. at the end of the week, still no refund. He told me that he had sent it and it had gotten lost in the mail or something stupid like that, and he didnt want to send another one because he couldnt afford to loost that one too. again gave him the benefit. Told him to send the $$ to a friends paypal account. he agreed. now Its been about 4 and a half months and i havent seen a dime and cant get him to respond to ANY of my messages. I know its only 55$ but its the fact that I got ripped off. And to top it all off hes selling other things on Cz28.com I dont want anyone else to go threw what im going threw now. Untill I get a refund IN MY HAND, I'm going to keep this thread hot....hopefully he sees that im not messing around.

I hate this b/s......never buying from him again....

jeremiah this has been way to long of a mission and time for you not to have recvd your refund i dont see why it still hasnt gotten to you, do you have a buddy who has a paypal account or something i can send it to them and you have your money i just dont know any faster way for you to get it securely and safely casue i dont think i can send out another and risk the time and it getting lost.

I've dealt with Jammer and was treated very fairly. There have been numerous positive feedback posts for him. I don't think he's trying to screw you.

 

i wont buy from him till he pays 55.00 to 1705 ....i think its like your credit you pay on time for years but miss one payment and your screwed ...fact is this guy deserves to get what he paid for or his money back
