I am in real need of jammer94 to contact me reguarding the refund of my money... I dont want to make a big stink as i see he has real good feedback with other sellers, and buyers, but i sent him $225 on the 10th of Jan for a stall convertor, and it took forever for hime to get back with me about it. He informed me that he found some problems with it, and that he would refund me my money back. This was 5 days ago, and i have not heard anything from him nor seen my refund in my paypal account. I informed him multiple times via PM on here, That i havent received my money back, and that i found another deal on a convertor. The catch was though ,that i really need that money to finish the transaction. The other seller has been extreemly patient with me , and is awaiting payment.... If i could afford to give the rest of the money owed i would do it and finish paying it off. But i am a budget builder, and with my family, we practically live paycheck to paycheck. That money was all the Christmas moneuy i had saved up for parts for my car, for a while. I also am in ther military, and am preparing to deploy in a week. I need for him to contact me reguarding this matter. I need my money back. There is no excues why it couldnt have been refunded back to me as soon as he foud the damage on the convertor. He contacted me to tell me that he found it and would refund my money, so why couldnt he have done it right then?? I would just like to get my money back....I dont have time for wasting, as i have military duty to meet, and a family to take care of. PLease resolve this matter tonight Jammer94. I know you frequent the forums i see you on , and all you responses to others here, but not to me.. This needs to be fixed right now. I am not angry with you, but this is rediculus, and goofy to jerk me around like this. NObody deserves this kind of thing to happen to them. It isn't right. If you say your gonna do something , then by God, stand by your word. Especially as tight as money is now adays.IM sure that you didnt just spend my money istead of sending it back, but im kinda unsure at this point... Then again who takes and spends somebodys money before even getting the product to them?? I know you'll do the right thing..And i will be awaiting your response and payment. As i said before i am running out of time fast before i deploy, and i need my money back so i can transfer it back to my bank, and write a check to the other seller to pay for the other convertor. Thank you

Jammer has been a name thats been on the bad seller list and numerous threads for awhile now....we all need to search this forum before making any purchases from private sellers here
