I spoke with him on 11/16 and he agreed to sell me a heater core for $30.I sent him a money order the following week.I pmed him on 12/6 and he said that it was shipped a few days ago.So thats cool. So after two weeks I havent received it yet I pmed him and asked who he shipped it with and if he had a tracking number. No response. I pmed him again and asked him to please contact me.No response.I pmed him one more time to request my money back.No response.I hate trashing someones name but I gave him every opportunity to make this right.No response! Has anyone dealt with him before?I would hate to think that anyone would try to screw someone out of $30.

 

Just be glad you're only out $30 I'm in the same boat but I'm out $700. This guy needs to be banned from selling on this site. I know its buyer beware but come on. I've been doing some searching and found threads from 3 years ago that he burnned some guys. Guess I should have researched first.

 

What were you trying to buy?was it from his post in November about parting out the whole car?

 

I got ripped off 500 from Philcam01 (Philip Smith) and he also ripped of a guy for 3,000!

i would be going to find him and put a cap in his as%.I hate ripoffs and yes they should be band from this board with out a dought..Carma what goes around comes around 10 fold so go ahead rip us off .You will pay dearly one day you twerps beleave me and it will be when you least expect it too..i got burned for a shi% opti $130 in the trash it went ...And every one i see buying from this guy gets good buys ..But i bought a electrical part and got took..live and learn ...we could get a possy together and open a big can off woopas% on these people ripping people off on this board ...you know peoples justice.lol

I am honestly shocked why this guy has not been banned or pursued legally. He has been ripping people off for years.

 

I requested for him to be banned but th mods did nothing. no reply nothing.

Sounds good. He tried to burn me too, years ago. But I was too close and local. I was getting ready to file a report and he refunded my money. If not I would have went down there and he would have had a pissed off ranger on his hands...
