SCAMMED by InSaneRed94Z

sent $420 pay pal for 2 sets of LT1 heads on 3-21 and was told they would be shipped out.

Contacted him on 3-31 and he said he had the flu and would get them out.

No reply or way of contacting him since.

Claims to be from Indiana. Anyone know him?

his Pay Pal is "lightningbluex@aol.com" so watch out for this guy.

I have contacted pay pal and they are looking into it. I would just assume have the heads if he actually had any to sell. Anyone have any contact info for this guy?

also looking for contact info (preferable address) on RedThunder1994 that scammed someone on a crank. Possibly the same guy.

If this guy is actually in Indiana, he WILL be found.

Re: SCAMMED by InSaneRed94Z

a road trip is not cost effective and would leave a pretty big trail to cover with plane tickets and all. $420 is damn sure not worth that.

I have a buddy of mine that is a lawyer and he said we can do 3 things . . . .

1- try contacting him and that does not work, cut your losses and just post his name as a "bad seller".

2- spend $50 or so and track down all of his info and post his real name, address, phone #, etc for other to beware of.

3- or we can spend about $500-600 and make this guys life pure hell and contaminate anything he ever tries to get in his name. He will have bad stuff come back no matter what he applies for.

If #1 did not work, I was gonna skip to #3 on Monday.

On a side note, he did email today and let me know they are gonna ship on Monday. So for now, we will have to wait and see where this goes.

Also to others thinking they might be scammed . . . . . always get a tracking # and according to my lawyer buddy, if it ends up being a false or made up tracking #, it helps on the prosecution end of things.

InSaneRed94Z is trying to make good on the deal and hopefully I will have the heads by next weekend.

Once the heads are recieved, I will post in this thread and make others aware that he did eventually make good on the deal.

Maybe the other guys will jump to number three and teach the *** a lesson. Kid should also understand that if he scams the wrong dude he may well end up bleeding all over his driveway.
