I was thinking about buying that harness off of him. I guess it is a good thing that I didn't get to it in time...

 

lloyd has been good about buying cores i don't know why anyone would try stiffing him. i have sold about 4-5 sets of heads to him. i tell you the hardest part is trying to get a sale and lloyd has been a automatic buyer for me.

 

just wanted to clear the air im not trying to scam anyone im very sorry i didnt look over the harness as well as i thought but pigtails for missing are on way once i get address plus opti harness very very sorry bout all this guys my parents getting a devorce after 18 years and my step dad went psycho so i couldnt even get to my house he just got evicted so i have access to parts if i coulda got on here i woulda let you know in advance for the trouble i even went and bought a opti harness even though i wasnt technically including that sorry for the troubles i can deal with being labled a scammer cause right now im more worried about finding a house to live but get at me asap with addy and track number will be your way you can also give me your cell and ill call to comfirm track number sorry againn this was as sudden a problem for me as you and im not going to still anyone by any means i screwed up a long time ago before loyd and i made right with him and refunded money and made right with loyd and will make this right as well

Excuses are like @$$holes - everyone has them and they all stink. Regardless of your so-called "reasons", if you aren't prepared to make good on your transactions, you shouldn't be conducting them.

 

lloyd, idk why anyone would scam anyone, let alone you. People should know not to scam a big-name person

 

I am a personal friend of InsaneRed94Z. He wouldnt intentionally screw anyone out of money. Sure he might procrastinate more then the normal person. I was home on leave when all the stuff went down with his step-dad. I was helping him get his car put back together and he was told to leave the house for no reason with his car still sitting in pieces. It was right after he sold the parts that this all happened. I trust he will make it right with everyone.

 

i did make right on crank he sold the crank and i refunded him money on top of what he didnt recieve back

 

Umm, I NEVER received the refund from paypal. Show me your receipt and I'll believe you!!!!! Because looking through my stuff YOU never refunded me.

BTW, I still have the crank!!!!

Had a similar experience with another user, put in a dispute with Paypal, if they dont make it right, put in a claim with Paypal, Paypal will take the money out of there account and return it to you.

 

Its worse than you think, one of his excuses was that he was in an accident and went to the hospital however the local police have no record of such an accident.

I sent him 120$ on the 27th of june for an oil pan and intake manifold and have yet to receive either. Filed a dispute and theres 3 days left before I have to escalate it to a claim and still no parts so it looks like Il'l be making a claim. I think I have given him more than the benefit of the doubt at this point and he has proven again and again that he is untrustable, going so far as to lie about being in a wreck.


To everyone who has been scammed by him I would advise if possible file a dispute with paypal and do not make ANY further communication with him through any other means other than the resolution center, you must make all of your communication through the resolution center for the dispute to protect you, remember you have 45 days from the time of the transaction to file. If you are interested in taking some form of legal action contact me and I will provide you what information I can. Unfortunately I saw this post after I had already sent my money, I should have searched his name before sending money. When I saw the post I figured I could give him the benefit of the doubt and be patient but he has been feeding lies and deception (even went so far as to provide a tracking number to paypal that was actually a different package not even going to the same state). If you are contemplating a transaction with this member and are not certain if hes just lazy/procrastinating and that being patient will be enough well this is the definitive answer, He is a scammer, do not send him your money. No amount of precautions are safe, you will get burned at best your project will be delayed while trying to get the parts out of him (he seems to have them he just seems to think if he can delay you you will never file a paypal dispute and 45 days later you have no recourse). At worst you'll be out whatever you sent him and have no parts. If you have already sent him money and 2 or more weeks have past with no parts file a dispute now, hopefully youl'l get your parts once he sees you are not going to stand idly by.
