I sold a Comp Cam to PipesTA about 3 months ago on this forum, I had included specs and alot of pictures of the cam itself. I sold it to PipesTA for $180, after he recieved it he said it didnt match the description that i had posted when i sold it. So it took me a few weeks to mail his moneyback via moneyorder due to school fall semester starting so he posted a negative feedback thread bashing my name on here. I didnt say anything because I guess i was at wrong for taking 2 weeks to ship his money, anyways he recieved his moneyorder and claimed he had shipped the cam back. After a few weeks of waiting around still no cam, I PMed the hell out of him on mutliple forums stating that I want my money back or cam. It took him about 3 weeks to finally PM me back saying that he was out of the state for a month and could send my cam and said he would ship it on the monday coming up. 3 more weeks later and here I am still waiting for my cam or money back. The last time he was on this forum or LS1tech was 11/03/2007, but its funny how he is on his MFBA.ORG forum everyday since hes an admin on there. He also goes on his FQUICK everyday. He first called me a scammer for supposedly selling him a cam that was different from my description but this guy has both my money and my cam! Sounds like he is the scammer not me. If anyone has any info such as cellphone please PM.

 

Never, ever, return someones money until the product is returned. The big companies won't, and they can afford to lose, us little guys cant.
