Absolutely no issues in dealing with him. Hes super helpful, and goes out of his way to make it known. Few people like that left in the world.

UPS was nice enough to damage the goods , and repackage them, as if nothing happened, but Bill was happy to help me out with that.

He was gonna try and send me some better parts, or even take the damaged stuff back, even though it wasnt his fault, and he didnt have any incentive to do it.

INSPITE UPS, Stuff arrived quick, and as promised, and he even included some extra goodies in there.

Appreciate all the help Bill, would definately deal with you again.

Two thumbs way up.

well it looks like hes ripping me off.......

sent him a money order 5/7/08

6/08 i asked him why i hadnt heard anything yet, he replied " have been very busy! ....i will ship out the shocks and motor tomorrow pm an send you a tracking number thanks for your patience."

8/7/08 i sent another message asking why he hadnt sent anything, and he logged in to read the message and then didnt respond and has not logged back in since then.

I honestly don't have your address .I have never ripped anyone off.Yes i admit it has been a very long time ,and i apologize for this,i have been quite busy. I have had a son ,moved to another home ,lost my only brother in July and my business has failed due to the economy .I realize non of this is a legitimate reason not to send you a headlight motor and two hatch shocks. but i haven't been on vacation with your 65.00 .I once again apologize for your severe inconvenience in this purchase and assure you once i receive your address you will receive your parts
