Thunder Racing stole $250 from me.
I ordered a Racetronix LT1 fuel pump on 2/27 and after 2 months of hassling them, they sent me an LS1 pump instead in April. I sent that back ages ago, and still after sending multiple emails and phone calls have received nothing. I just sent in my dispute forms to my credit card company in the mail today, so we will see how that goes. If I can't get refunded that way, I will be personally stopping in to get my refund on my way back from my family vacation and will not leave until i do. I'll also call the police.
Just an FYI to anyone thinking about buying **** from them any time soon. For the stuff they did send me, it took them over a month to get it out. Oil pan, pump, pickup etc. What a GD joke of a company. I've seen some other guys say similar stuff too. Pretty website hides their true self.

Steve, I am sorry that you have had problems with your order. A couple of things are going on here and I am truly sorry that it has effected you on both ends. First, we typically try to keep most of the parts we sell in stock here at our shop. There is no way we can stock everything, but the parts you ordered are normally fairly common. MANY of our manufacturers are facing difficult times (some having had to close down alltogether.) In general, most companies have cut back tremendously on their on-hand inventory, and we have also found that many of our manufacturers are having trouble getting raw materials to even stock their own shelves.
If I am correct, the only part you are missing is the actual fuel pump itself, not the complete kit. I agree, there was a shipping error on our part (breaking in new shipping people is always fun!) which we corrected by shipping the other pump to you as soon as the incorrect one was returned. I was out of the office at the end of last week and part of this, so I'm just getting caught up on the barrage of emails, including two from you. I am aware that you returned the Lt1 pump for us to inspect for possible manufacturing tolerance issues, and rather than take a chance, I had already have an order in for Racetronix to ship you another LT1 pump, directly from them, so they could ensure it would be correct.
At this point, if you have charged back your card, all I can do is wait until that issue is resolved before I release the shipment. If you would like to give me a call, I will be here every day until 6:30pm CST.

I find it funny how you responded now that i made a post on the forum. What about the 6 emails and voicemails i sent you over the past week? Never got them? I don't care if you were out last week, i sent you one every day this week.
I can tell my CC to stop the dispute..it was over the phone, but i had to mail proof that i sent it back and proof that I sent emails with no response. If you can refund the card right now i will stop the dispute. I ordered the pump from lonnies performance and he had it sent out in 3 hours, it will be here monday. thats great service there.
I dont want the shipment, just refund the money please and i will go somewhere else from now on. Yes, I have the harness but not the pump. Also refund me for $18.73 (what it cost to ship back the pump 2 different times)

Angie, Shane and Gene, have all treated me very fair. Ive ordered thousands in parts from them. Also a company that came through for me, in a situation where time was limited. Shane has given me techincal advice, guarantee's that were followed through with and BSed with me. I can't say anything bad about the company. Im sorry this happened but nobody is perfect. Im sure there is more to it. They seem to always make things right in the few cases ive seen. Usually it is a shipping mistake. But we are human. Goodluck.
