Bottom line is the dough was sent, nothing but excuses in return. It's going to be handled by the postal inspector (mail fraud), be careful in doing business with this guy, it's been nothing but trouble.

i am in Ct also if i can help just say so. i am in putnam in the northeast corner. total BS these people put stuff up for sale and never come through. they should bring back public flogging just for this reason.

The only way to be 100% safe is to pick it up in person. Next best thing is to have a federal employee acting on your behalf..... ie: Postal Inspector. The last little troll that pulled something like this became an urban legend on the turbobuick.com
I have no problem doing it again, this is over a larger sum of money.

Just a question but exactly how do you get scammed by COD? all you have to do is refuse the delivery due to damaged product or the like and it is returned to the person you bought it from.. I have done this a few times on different types of things.
