the dude closed his bank account so paypal couldn't pull any funds to get me the money back. I won the claime, and then paypal tells me he doesn''t have any funds to give me.

I have talked to him on AIM several times. And several times he was going to buy things from me but then never came through.

 

He did the same exact thing to me, He was supposed to meet me 2 times and never ever showed up. Wasted days, and wasted trips to meet him.

 

Well, in the 11th hour the package arrived. No notification or anything, it was shipped with a return receipt and tracking. No communication, nothing. At least the package arrived and is as pictured.

Communication and promptness is the key. So much of this thread would have been prevented with a simple e-mail or PM with a tracking number. Even better yet, ship the merchandise in a timely manner. The matter can be considered closed.

Words to live by for transactions. Issues (illness, computers, locusts, plague, ran out of gas, etc.) happen. Once paid the burden is on the seller, and IF there is an issue, unless he is dead, there could always be at least a phone call to let the buyer know what is happening. I'm glad you FINALLY got the part.
