ya, he does look like a ***. He tried to scam me out of $25(i bought an lt4 km from him and he tried sending an lt1 km, and i caught him on it), but i ended up getting a refund after a few weeks of his bull****.

he has ALOT of different names. He has a few on dfwls1.com. at least 2 on ls1tech etc. he mostlyposts under slp-ta on dfwls1.com tho. and ya he lives in pampa. I wish i was still at tx tech in lubbock. I'd have no problem going up there for you and getting your $.

he changed his message to forward to mail box......guess he got scared or tired of me calling. somebody else call and see if they can get his voice mail. it used to say something about him being a fitness trainer or some crap. now, he doesn't even speak on the message. doesn't matter, i am gonna keep calling everyday over and over again.

also know he has a brother on one of these sites that always jumps in and takes his side. name is Tyler-something-or-another.


anyways, gonna go speak to attorney tomorrow see what i can find out.

No sorry I dont. and ya, his brother is "djtyler"(i think) on some websites. and over on amarilloracers. his bro made a whole bunch of BS excuses for josh not sending the lt4 km out etc. they're both ****. I gotta say. its reduculous that he can even come on these websites still. he has a bagillion different names and needs to get all of the IP addresses that he has used blocked or soemthing. So he cant keep scamming.

yeah, i stumbled on that site last night. i posted as scammedbyjoshpaul and put some info about how he scammed me in my sig. told them to all come over to this site and read all the posts by and for joshp007.

I feel for you. When I first joined this site, I wasn't familar with any of the board members. The first purchase I made was an oil pan which the scam artist never sent to me. Communication was good at first, but then it just slowly stopped. Frankly, it isn't that big of a deal now that I think about it since it was only 30 bucks, its just the principle of the matter. But sooner or later, we will all have to answer to what bad things we do. Joshp007 has had alot of complaints though, I wish you the best in getting either your hood or your money back.

 

The hood has already been shipped out. I have all the tracking info etc. Donohue you got a refund because I accidentally sent you the wrong part.
