Post 0.45 Volts to radio/ignition wire with key off......NORMAL????

I am trying to find the problem with my wiring harness to my stereo in my 94 z. The yellow wire in the harness has 0.45 volts with key off, and full 12.xx with it on. It even has 0.45 volts back to fuses. Is this normal? Or is this where my problem lies? My stereo is flashing in and out, and its not the stereo, checked that! TIA!

That is nothing to be concerned about. I don't think that is where your issue lies. What do you mean by "flashing in and out"?

The system seems to be losing power intermittently. I lose the clock, etc. It is not the main power suppy or ground, I have checked them. Any ideas?
