Problems as far as what? I am kind of skeptical as to how long the motorized flip down mechanism will last. Thats one of my worries. But then I figured that for $364 I was getting a good deal so what the hell! Thanks for the input guys.

We work at BB, so it wasnt a problem. The Premier series, I believe offers a 2 yr warranty. Otherwise its 1. I believe his lasted just under a month. Ive done quite a few with no problems. Lets hope ya get a good one.

Just another quick question. What is the difference between the premier (sp) and just the regular 8400? Besides the price difference? I compared the 2 and I'm pretty sure they had the same features.

My friend has one and loves it. I couldn't believe the difference in sound quality over the Alpine he had in previously. Actually made me want to go out and get a new head unit.

He hasn't had any problems with the fold down but its mechanical so I know its only a matter of time. Thats with any of them though which is why I ended up buying the 7400 model instead.

Alright guys my HU should be here Fri or Sat and I can't find what I need as far as a wiring harness, and OEM interface connector. I have a factory Bose cd player with the Sub woofer. I did a search on sounddomain.com and found the interface connector that they said were correct for my Bose system, but it said "Bose with no factory Sub woofer" and I do have the subwoofer. So any help is great. I want to get everything ordered so I can have all of my stuff befor the holiday weekend and do the install over the weekend. So lemme know asap please.

Thanks

I know For*s with the factory sub need 2 converters. Since they specified with out sub, Id assume theres one with the extra output, or an extra piece. Ive seen neither.

Would this work guys? This is what Crutchfield says that I will need, but I'm not sure if it will keep my stock bose subwoofer useable. You might have to copy and paste the link.
