I've got a 2 12" Polk MOMO's and they are awesome! They hit REALLY Hard. I listen to alot of TOOL, deftones etc. Althought I am going to get 2 or 3 10's to put in the rear seat for some kick. The 12's sound great but because of there size are not very "tight" sounding. So the 12's I will tune to 20-30hz and the 10's will be at around 80hz

rather than adding some tens to a system with twelves, why not just get a box that will allow the twelves to play how you like them?

I can garantee that the size has nothing to do with the 12's not sounding "tight". Two of the three tightest sounding subs i have ever heard are 15's and the other is a twelve.... Brahma 15, IDSPL 15, and Brahma 12.
I heard an 18" Maelstrom in a car two weeks ago that sounded tighter than my Alumapro Alchemies and even tighter than my friend's Perfect 10's...
