91 Formula 5.7ltr TN

It's time for me to purchase a more "wife friendly" car since I will be married soon, so that means the Formula has to go. The car is located in Cookeville, TN, but would be willing to meet somewhere within reasonable distance if the buyer so chooses. Price is set at $5700 OBO. Also, I have a set of hardly used of BFG Drag Radials 275/50/15 on some American Racing rims for sale as well, $300 OBO. If the buyer of the car wishes, I could make a deal on the drag radials.

The mods/good:
5.7 liter
rebuilt 700R-4 (about 30k miles on rebuild, but the tranny drives flawlessly, shifts very hard and has not acted up the least bit since the rebuild)
rebuilt rear end w/ 3.73 gears and aluminum girdle and aluminum 11" drums
Holley Stealthram
Kirban Performance AFPR
custom CAI w/ K&N
Hooker shorty headers 1-5/8"
3" Dynomax bullet muffler (car sounds AMAZING at WOT, but very docile at idle with this exhaust)
underdrive pulleys (don't know the brand, were on car when I bought it )
Hardwood 3" cowl with hood pins
SLP airfoil
American Racing Torq Thrust II's 16x8
Kumho Ecsta 711 245/50/16 70-80% tread left
Dropzone 1.75" lowering springs
New alternator
New battery
Just received tune up (new plugs, wires, cap, coil)
Heat and air both work just fine
Cruise control has been disabled since the install of the HSR, but can be hooked back up in a matter of seconds

The bad:
Car has 140k miles
Smokes slightly on start up (valve seals worn, typical in 3rd gens, but has never given me any reason to worry)
Car has trouble upon cold start. I pulled the codes and got an EGR code (due to no emissions from Stealthram) and MAP code, but haven't really tried to fix it. Once it is allowed to warm up for a few minutes, it drives great and is very calm on the street.
When heat is turned on, a "hissing" noise comes from the HVAC controls. It's just a leak in a tube and a $5 part from a junkyard would fix this.

The car drives and performs great, especially for the vintage of the car. Paint is in great condition and most people would not believe it is as old as a 1991. The interior is almost perfect except for some very minor wear on the driver's seat (no tears or rips, but just a small wear spot) and a cracked dashpad (which is covered by a black dashpad fabric cover). The car is a blast to drive and have received nothing but compliments everywhere I go.
The car ran a best of 13.66 @99.8 in 85* weather totally untuned, so the car definitely has potential.

The car now has clear corners up front, blacked out rear turn signals, and blacked out tail lights with VHT nightshades.
