Lightbulb 1st Gen Headers - What brand fits best?

Looking for some input on what headers fit the best on a 1st generation Camaro with a small block. I was going to go with a set of Hooker Super Comps but every set I see on ebay are beat to death to make them fit. There has to be a set that fits better. Any input is appriciated.

Small blocks in 1st gens headers shouldnt need to be hit with a hammer...you sure the ones you were lookin at on ebay werent for big blocks? I had to beat the hell outta mine.

I have always had the best fit with Hedman headers.

I'm running Hooker Competition headers which I had coated. Some of the plug wires are a pain to get on (#4 and #6 specifically) but with some wire covers you won't melt them through to the core.

Hooker Super Comps are well worth the pain and suffering to install. Took a lot of work to get them installed, and the drivers side rubs against to steering box pretty bad. I also scuffed them up pretty bad putting them in, but after about 1 thousand miles you can't tell the difference.

I've got some plain old Hookers in my '67. They went right in without a hitch.
