I would like to find a 70 to 73 firebird formula or trans am and swap in my Buick GN drivetrain take it to the track and be the only 1 there with a 2nd gen f-body Buick GN swap




how many 2nd gen swaps are out there ? and how many of them are pontiacs ?

Never seen one in a 2nd Gen, but I do have a buddy who had a trick GN motor put into his 4th gen.

I think it'd be cool to have, but is this going to be a race setup or more of a cruiser? If it's going to be full-on race then why not go with a turbo V8? A GN swap would be a rad swap for a 2nd gen as a cruiser though.

 

mostly just for the street but I'm sure once I start going to the track I would become addicted to racing
