I don't believe that there's an all inclusive tuning/datalogging program if that's what you're asking about. Here's your options:
Logging:
Freescan -- totally free, but I can't get it to work right on my 93. 94+ may be better. Very user friendly interface, and the digital dash is a nice touch.
Datamaster -- free for the first 20 logs, I believe around $100 after that for unlimited use. Not quite as user friendly, but VERY in depth and versital.
Tuning options are Tunercat and LT1Edit. These are the programs to upload a tune to the computer or chip depending on application. Tunercat is pretty user friendly and I've never seen LT1Edit.
That's just what I'm even remotely familiar with, but it will get you going hopefully.

You probably have been supplied with a tool to upload your tune, but either way, you could download the winflash demo from www.tunercat.com and use that to upload your tune. Then you can download the Datamaster demo from www.ttspowersystems.com and log your car with it.
