lt1 edit

i cant get lt1 edit to connect to my pcm the comp says "connection failed" anyone have any ideas????

Moving to the Programming Forum...

First make sure you can get the free type scanner programs running. Once you have those running then you have verified that your connection is good. Until then, you don't know if you really don't even know if you have your port setup correctly.

Does it recognze the VIN of your PCM at the top when it establishes comm? I had this problem with my setup and had to get the guys at carputing, who were great and did not give up on me, to custom burn a key.
