4000 Stall and higher guys.

I was curious what you guys with a 4000 stall and higher launch at. I currently have a Vigi 3200 and I launch about 2000rpm with the stock 10 on et streets. I'll be switching to a 4000 stall @ the end of the month and wanted to get some suggestions.

Anywhere from 2000-2300, I have a 4300 in mine.

Depends where your peak torque curve is. It's best to launch at or just below the peak torque to get the most torque to the wheels during launch. My converter stalls at 5700 on the transbrake but I only launch at 4500 with a 2 step. Launching at a higher rpm doesn't do anything for me. After I launch, the converter instantly flashes to the stall speed.

2,300ish with my old 3,600 stall. Haven't been to the track yet with the new 4,200, but I'd say 2,500-2,800.

2200 launch stall, flashes to 4000 at WOT. The 2200 stall netted me the best 60ft. time, so far.

Are you putting in a built motor with this 4000 stall? IMO, it's too much for a close to stock power car. You'll probably launch good and hard, but you'll most likely lose some top end.
